Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Deep healing through gentle touch.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, hands-on approach to healing that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and well-being. Unlike massage or other bodywork, BCST uses light touch to listen deeply to the rhythms, tensions, and stillness within your body. Your body and system then leads the session. Many people describe it as profoundly calming — a chance to settle, release, and reconnect with themselves at a deep level.
During a session, you remain fully clothed and lie comfortably while your practitioner uses subtle touch to help your body soften patterns of stress, overwhelm, and holding. The work is non-invasive, yet often leads to lasting shifts that ripple into physical, emotional, and mental health.

A little about me
Hi there, I’m Myah. I’m a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. My journey into this work began with a deep curiosity about the body’s natural wisdom and its incredible ability to heal when given the right support.
I’m passionate about helping people find relief from the pain, stresses and patterns that hold them back — whether that’s physical pain, emotional overwhelm, or simply the sense of being “out of balance.” What I love most about Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is how gentle yet transformative it can be. Time and time again, I’ve witnessed people walk out of a session more comfortable, feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
As a practitioner, I offer a space that is focused around safety, being supportive, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique journey. My goal is not just to help relieve symptoms, but to support long-term resilience, ease, and vitality.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you can usually find me hiking, spending time in nature, with my dog Maxx. I believe the best healing happens when we feel supported as whole people — body, mind, and spirit.
